Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Orders are dispatched within 2 - 6 business days after receipt of payment and are posted out via Australia Post. Deliveries within Australia take approximately 2 - 12 business days to arrive depending on your State / Location.

We work to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched / booked in for delivery.  

In some cases, there may be unexpected delays such as mother natures ability to cause havoc, or freight delays for arriving stock. Unfortunately such delays of our control. 

In these rare circumstances we will notify you (the customer via email) to keep you updated with info about the delay.

All purchases will show the post charges for its order at the checkout.

Returns & Damages :

In a case of an item arriving damaged, please include a photo of the damaged item and please try to inform us at the earliest convenience, preferably within 2 days of its arrival.

We will come to a resolution to deal with the issue as quick as possible.

This may be done in the form of a replacement of the damaged goods in question, a store credit, alternative product or full refund.  

Returns are accepted if you have received the incorrect or a faulty item. All items are pre checked before being dispatched. Please contact us to sort any returns that may be needed.

In the case the customer has choosen the incorrect size, returns are accepted. The customer would be required to take responsiblity for the cost of the return postage. Upon safe return providing no damages have occured, we will issue a store credit so the customer can choose the correct sizing. We do provide the most accurate descriptions available upon the item, for you to measure your pet.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service

It is the customers responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
